How to setup the new client account

You must first create hosting plan under your reseller hosting package then create user account for the client in the Helm Control Panel :

STEP 1: Creating new hosting plan

Helm

Select hosting plan

Add new

Specify plan name

Specify other required detail like setup fee, recurring fees and period for hosting according your hosting fee plan

Save.

Click on the host plan to configure the resource limit

Specify the no. of domains, transfer rate of bandwidth and size of disk space

Save

Specify other necessary web resource on the hosting resource option like web resource; email resource; ftp resource; dns resource etc.

STEP 2: Adding the client account

User

Add new

Adding information to the user profile

Save.

Let�s add the hosting package to the user account

Select user

Package

Add new

Give package name it can be any thing

Select hosting plan from the drop down menu

Save.

Now your client/user able to add domain under the reseller hosting plan
