Modify Apache Memory Usage Limit

The "Modify Apache Memory Usage" feature will calculate your apache memory usage based on your memory usage history and set a new memory limit for Apache processes. Limiting each process' access to memory will increase the stability of your server but may reduce performance slightly. This is a limit for each Apache process, not for all Apache processes combined.

Steps
  1. To access the Modify Apache Memory Usage Limit feature, click on Security, on the main screen of your WebHost Manager interface.
  2. Then click on Modify Apache Memory Usage Limit.
  3. Click on the Proceed button.
  4. You should see information similar to the following displayed:
Apache Limiter by cPanel, Inc.
    Checking for BSD Accounting ....
    Calculating Memory Limit .......1034924..517462..2031608..1194664..611667968..
    ..203889322..
    httpd.conf tests passed, installed new configuration
    Largest Webserver child cgi/ssi/php is now limited to 194 meg
