Opportunity:

The client, owning a chain of retail outlets, needed a centralized solution to manage the countrywide outlets. The primary objective of the application was to Manage and solve issues of retail stores of Tracom efficiently and in a timely manner. Though the sales support and purchase application was executed very well, the company had to adopt modern technologies to take advantage of new opportunities.

Solution:

As per the client's requirements, we built an Intranet application to manage the countrywide sales force of various retail outlets of the company. The project effectively provides a web front-end to the MySQL database and incorporates all reports relating to Product Management, Store Management, Account Management and Customer Management. There is a Management Interface from where the Admin can access all the reports, manage user accounts. The application provided a Sales interface where Store Managers can log in and perform their daily activities such as maintain daily attendance of employees, expenditure, employee appraisal, etc.
